Most of our work is for caterers, event companies and the businesses that supply them. It is a good fit for bespoke software because the work is genuinely awkward: a wedding, a corporate lunch and a festival bar are three different jobs, the enquiry arrives while the team is on service, and the quote depends on headcount, menu, travel and staffing in a combination no off-the-shelf CRM models properly.
When bespoke software is worth it
When you are running the business out of a spreadsheet and an inbox, or paying for several tools that do not talk to each other, a system built around your own process usually costs less than the subscriptions it replaces and fits the way you already work. We build quoting and booking systems, staffing and shift tools, client portals, and the joins between the software you keep. You own the code. Websites that turn enquiries into quotes
A catering website has one job: make it easy to ask for a quote, and capture enough detail that the reply can be useful. We write sites in code rather than assembling them in a page builder, which is why they load quickly on a phone and stay cheap to change. Moving off an existing site, including the content and the search rankings that come with it, is part of the build. More on websites.
Getting found, in search and in AI answers
People look for caterers on Google, and increasingly they ask ChatGPT and Google's AI summaries instead. Both reward the same things: a fast site with clean structure, pages that answer real questions, local signals that match your area, and content published consistently rather than in bursts.
