How to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data from any Instagram or Facebook accounts you have connected to our services.

Your right to deletion

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This applies to data collected through this website and through our apps and dashboards, including data accessed from Instagram or Facebook accounts connected to our services.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", and include:

  • your name and the email address or account the data relates to;
  • which service it concerns (for example a website enquiry, or a connected Instagram or Facebook account);
  • any detail that helps us identify the data.

What happens next

We verify the request, delete the relevant personal data from our systems, and confirm by email. We aim to complete this within 30 days. We may retain the minimum information the law requires (for example basic records for tax or legal compliance), and will tell you if that applies.

Connected Instagram and Facebook data

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to one of our apps and want the associated data removed, email [email protected]. We will delete it and disconnect the account from our systems.
