Sub-processors

To deliver our services, Kilij Digital Ltd uses a small number of trusted sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists them for transparency and supports our Data Processing Agreement.

We keep this list current. Where we act as a processor for a client, we notify that client of material changes under our Data Processing Agreement.

Current sub-processors

  • Meta Platforms. WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging. Location: EU / US.
  • Website and application hosting. This site and our systems run on infrastructure operated by Kilij Digital in the UK, delivered through Cloudflare (CDN, DNS and security). Location: UK; Cloudflare operates globally.
  • Email. IONOS, for sending and receiving email. Location: EU (Germany).
  • Scheduling and calendar. Calendly, for booking and calendar management. Location: US.
  • AI provider. Anthropic (Claude), to generate automated responses to enquiries. Location: US.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4, loaded only with your consent, to understand how the site is used. Location: US.

Changes

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page and, where we act as a processor for a client, notify that client in line with our Data Processing Agreement.
