What have you built? +

Is off-the-shelf software not cheaper? +
Usually, and where it fits you should buy it. We build when the fit is the problem: when the tool cannot handle how you price, schedule or hand work over, and someone on your team is quietly paid to bridge the gap by hand.
How much does it cost? +
It depends on what the system has to do, so we scope it properly before quoting rather than giving you a number we would have to revise. A first version that solves one expensive problem is usually a matter of weeks, and we would rather build that and let it earn than sell a year-long project up front.
What happens if we stop working together? +
You keep the code and the data. It sits in a repository in your name, documented well enough for another developer to pick it up.
Can you work with the systems we already have? +
Yes. Most builds start by connecting to what you already run rather than replacing it, because replacing everything at once is how these projects fail.
Do you use AI in what you build? +
Where it earns its place. A system that reads a messy enquiry and drafts a sensible reply is a good use of it. Most of what we build is ordinary, careful software, and we do not add AI to something that does not need it.
