Kilij Digital makes Pala, a CRM for caterers and event teams that answers the enquiry, qualifies it and hands over a brief worth quoting from. Where the product does not fit, we build bespoke systems and the websites in front of them, written in code the client owns.
Why Kilij exists.
Most growing businesses end up running on tools that nearly fit. The spreadsheet grows a tab for every exception, two systems hold the same customer and disagree about them, and somebody spends their Friday moving figures between the two. We started Kilij to build the thing that should have been there instead: software shaped around how the business actually works, rather than a business reshaped around the software it could afford.
We build everything in code, on the same stack this site runs on. That means no locked page builders, no black boxes, and a system we can change the day you need it changed. The repository goes in your name, so it stays yours whether or not we keep working together.

Kilij Digital was founded by Sarp and runs as a small, senior team. When you work with Kilij you deal directly with the people who design and build your system, not an account manager relaying messages. We learn how your business wins work, build the system around it, and stay close as it grows.
Based in Colchester, Essex, where we hold the AI consultant seat in BNI Iceni, Colchester's BNI chapter. We work with service businesses across the UK and beyond.
